National Public Lands Day 2026 will be Saturday, September 26. This is a statewide event that provides unique opportunities for Minnesota Master Naturalist Volunteers to participate in our largest single-day of service. Locations across the state will have MNats and others out helping to make Minnesota a better place!
Friends and family are welcome to participate, but must be registered to participate. Everyone will sign a photo release upon site registration. All participants will receive a free NPLD MNat t-shirt as a thank you for participating. You can add additional participant names in the comment field.
Registration by September 4th is required to receive a t-shirt. Registration will close on September 18th for participation in the event without a t-shirt.
Buckthorn removal! Wear gloves and eye protection. Bring drinking water. Please bring loppers and pruners if possible. Root slayers and loppers will be available if you don't have them!
ADD any family members or friends by name with t-shirt sizes in the comments section, along with any dietary restrictions or special accommodations.
